Garden Green is a three-story luxury condominium project in downtown San Luis Obispo, CA. The building exterior blends well with the traditional spirit of the neighborhood, while interiors are uniquely modern.

All units were presold, so Abbott | Reed worked with both the project owners and new buyers to customize interiors from layout design to specific paint themes. The team was responsible for constructing a rooftop deck and spa with separate elevators for each of the upstairs units. An urban infill project, all construction respected surrounded neighbors.
