Gran Cielo Update — construction continues and a new home has broken ground.
Sitework is underway at Lot 23 as we move through grading and retaining wall prep for a custom warm contemporary style home in the rolling hills of Gran Cielo. The home will sit on a 1.5-acre lot and feature 3,217 SF of conditioned space, a 920 SF garage with shop space, a covered deck, and a swimming pool.
Over at Lot 1, the modern farmhouse is taking shape as walls go up and framing progresses.
